If you take pics outdoors with natural light, pictures come out okay---not great---just okay. However, if you take pictures with it indoors, the quality tanks and it comes out like from a VGA camera. I wasnt expecting DSLr quality bur i also didnt think it was this bad. But my toddler loves it and feels proud of mostly blurry photos. The design is also pretty cute and my kid got this wet (not submerged) at the beach and it didnt affect it at all. So i give it 4 stars
